You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a prepaid shipping label for your returned item(s).
Returns refunded in Moon Pod store credit are free. $9.99 return shipping is deducted from orders refunded to your original payment method.
You have 3 months from the date of delivery to return or exchange your mattress. You can return your mattress for a full refund minus a $99 return shipping charge. The $99 charge is waived if refund is accepted in store credit.
You may exchange your item(s) for another size or color within 30 days of delivery. You will receive prepaid shipping label(s) for your returned item(s). Email cx@moonpod.co to initiate an exchange.
Exchanges for a more expensive option will be charged the difference between the original item and the exchanged item.
You can exchange your mattress within 3 months of delivery. You can exchange your mattress for another mattress or store credit (with no return fee).
Yes! We now ship to Alaska and Hawaii (excluding mattresses). We offer shipping $250 per unit for each additional Moon Pod to either state.
We apologize we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Even, after charging the additional price, Moon Pod is paying covering a significant portion of the shipping cost to either state.
