It's built to last, but if something goes wrong, we've got you covered.

The limited warranty covers:
1. Manufacturing defects such as broken coils or excessive sagging.
2. Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to the foam despite proper setup and normal use.
3. Fabric defects in the mattress cover.

Before submitting a sagging/depression claim, check these two things:
1. Foundation: Sagging can occur when the bed frame or foundation isn't properly supporting the mattress.
2. Rotate: It's normal for the mattress to break in with daily use over time. We recommend rotating your mattress every six months to ensure the mattress breaks in appropriately on both sides.

Please email us at support@moonpod.co with a detailed summary about why you are filing a warranty claim. You must provide proof of purchase along with pictures of the defect for us to review.
