Using components of Moon Pod technology, we designed Crescent to boost your experience when using it on Moon Pod, and elevate your relaxation when using it anywhere else in your home. Crescent is filled with thousands of high-density beads that work tirelessly, so you don’t have to. Just lean back and relax.

  • When will my order ship?

    Crescent is now in stock, and will ship same-day if ordered before 2pm ET. Our shipping facility does not ship orders on weekends.

  • Do you offer free shipping on Crescent?

    Yes! Shipping is free to the 48 continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional $40 per Crescent.

  • Will the current price for Crescent always be available?

    No, unfortunately not. We are rewarding our first customers with the best ever price for Crescent, $129. Once the timer runs out, Crescent will be sold at its normal, higher price.

  • What is the return policy for Crescent?

    All return requests should be submitted to https://moonpod.returnly.com/.

    All returns should be submitted within 14 from the day of delivery. Any return request after 14 days from the day of delivery cannot be considered.

    Please do not submit exchange requests through our returns portal. If you have an exchange request due to any reason please email cx@moonpod.co directly. There is no need to submit an exchange request through our returns portal.

    If and when a return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions. We retain the right to deny any return request. If your return is authorized, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, a re-stocking fee, and additional fees from products that are damaged or where the original packaging is damaged.

    You must obtain an RMA number in order for https://www.moonpod.returnly.com to credit your account.

    Returns must be properly and safely packaged to ensure all products arrive in new condition. Returns that are improperly packaged may cause damage to the item. If the item (including the sleeve) is opened or damaged, we will not be able to offer a full credit for your order.

    Please note; replacement products are eligible only for exchange (if defective), and are not eligible for refund unless they arrive defective.

Black superior to space grey IMO

The black color of the sleeve is much preferred to the space grey I had been using, because the space grey stains very easily. The black means it stays looking clean, even with kids playing on it.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT!! COMFORT BEYOND COMPREHENSION

Love the new color…the Moon Pod and sleeve are the best for providing great comfort and additional seating in my small TV room..Total Comfort with the convenience of being able to tuck it away when not being used!!!
